The training content
Theoretical study:
(1) Burning common sense; (2) Equipment knowledge; (3) Architectural knowledge; (4) Fire laws and regulations; (5) Safety knowledge.
Queue training:
(1) Attention, straddling, at ease; (2) stop the transfer method; (3) marching and standing; (4) Change of pace; (5) the method of turning between marches; (6) Sit down, squat, stand up; (7) Take off your hat and wear your hat; (8) Salute.
Physical training:
(1) push-ups; (2) sit-ups; (3) Stand up with squat legs; (4) Return run (10m *5); (5) 100-meter sprint; (6) 3000/1500m race; (7) 5000m load-bearing off-road; (8) horizontal bar pull-up; (9) Double bar end arm flexion.
Business learning:
(1) Wear protective equipment in place; (2) hose laying; (3) Water injection; (4) Climb the fire ladder; (5) Save people with bare hands.
Application conditions
Political censorship:
All personnel must be law-abiding, healthy, honest and trustworthy, abide by social ethics, and have no illegal or disciplinary records;
Physical requirements:
Male, height not less than 165cm, regular build, no disability, no stuttering, no color blindness, no tattoos and other obvious marks;
Age requirements:
Combatants: aged between 18 and 24 (27 for veterans);
Driver: 36 years old and below, with B or A driving license at least one year of driving experience;
Education Requirements:
High school, vocational high school, technical secondary school or above.
